Founder & Senior Managing Partner

Over 20 years of experience in financial markets. Previously Founder/CEO of Round2 Capital, where he pioneered revenue- based finance in Europe and oversaw 2 Funds, EUR 180m AUM and 30+ growth investments across 8 countries. Christian holds Ph.D. (Stockholm School of Economics) and Visiting Scholar in the Ph.D. program at Stanford; MSc. from the University of Innsbruck (with distinction).

Caspar Macqueen

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Caspar has over a decade of experience in enterprise technology, AI, machine learning, and digital infrastructure. As a founding member of BlackRock Aladdin Alternatives, he helped build and led the firm’s AI-driven platform for alternative investments across the UK, Middle East, and Africa. He has successfully launched and scaled SaaS and digital infrastructure companies across Europe, combining deep technical expertise with proven go-to-market leadership. Caspar holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds.

Oksana Kaplovskaya

Senior Finance & Operations Manager - FCCA

Oksana has 20+ years of leadership in finance and strategy across Europe and the Middle East. She has led M&A, risk management, and financial transformation at Groupe SEB, British American Tobacco and PwC, and most recently shaped portfolio strategy at Round2 Capital in Vienna. Oksana holds an ACCA qualification (UK) and a degree from Kyiv State Drahomanov University.
