Previously Founder/CEO of Round2 Capital, where he built and oversaw 2 Funds, 4 SPVs, EUR 170m AUM and 39 growth investments across 9 countries. Previously at Unicredit Markets & Investment Banking. Ph.D. (Stockholm School of Economics) and Visiting Scholar in the Ph.D. program at Stanford; MSc. from the University of Innsbruck (with distinction). Several research papers on decision making under extreme uncertainty and the innovation ecosystem.

Krinzel has 20 years of experience in investment banking including royalties and direct equity and debt investments across various sectors in Europe, US and Canada at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Canada. Most recently Krinzel served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of a leading single family-office in London, where he oversaw and led several hundred million euros of direct investments in public and private markets.

Duncan is a senior operations and finance leader with over 20 years’ experience building, scaling, and professionalising operating platforms for private equity, venture capital, and investment management firms. Previous leadership roles of Duncan at Sequoia Capital, Permira, and Generation Investment Management. Specialisation in operating model design, finance, regulatory and risk environments, and cross-border operations

Oksana has 20+ years of experience in senior finance and strategy positions across Europe and the Middle East. She previously held senior finance positions at Groupe SEB, British American Tobacco and PwC as well as most recently before joining Althera42 at the investment fund Round2 Capital in Vienna, where she was working with Christian. Oksana holds an ACCA qualification (UK) and a degree from Kyiv State Drahomanov University.
